Out of this world experience.The stay at Sarovar was very cosy. The front office manager Mr. Mohammad Rafiq Dar went out of the way to help us as our flight was cancelled due to snowfall. He is an amazing person. The staff there was very courteous and their welcome smile and promptness to serve was heart touching. Some names I need to mention, as these people made our stay a memorable one. Mr Ajaz the bellboy, Mr nisar Bhat, Mr Naseer, Mr Adil, Mr Javed, Mr Saleem, Mr Nayeem. In fact even the chef and other staff of the hotel. I appreciate their warmth and courteous manners with my heart. I highly recommend hotel RK Sarovar Portico. Will upload some photos soon.

KASHMIR KA NOORThe chill of Srinagar evaporates the moment you are greeted with the warm welcome smiles of the entire staff. It would be unfair to name any one person since it would be unfair to the background staff who equally deserve my full praise. Prime location with a great view from room 1307 overlooking the city. It’s close to the market and Dal Lake. I was treated to the most delicious grilled Himalayan Trout, my compliments to the Chef. I would highly recommend RK Sarovar, Noor of Kashmir.

Awesomeness of the placeLast week we visited the hotel it is the best place with awesome view. The hotel rooms are good. Especially all the staff were polite with best services from check in to the date we check out. All services were proper without any disappointment. The food quality was best and special thanks to Mr. Naseer and Mr. Rafiq. I recommend this place for family because it has best views and it is very enjoyable with all the proper safety.

Great view, nice warm & welcoming staffGreat property, super views of snow-capped mountain peaks, good rooms, good food. All in all a great place to stay in Srinagar. Extremely friendly staff right from the reception area to the dining area, everyone wears a smile and are happy to help.

Fantastic hotelI am club Mahindra member and booked this hotel on d advice of one of clubm employee. And d hotel was just amazing - right from welcome drink to the rooms to the staff. Rooms very absolutely amazing. We didn’t have the food in hotel since we were on 2 days trip and had to cover a lot.
