Mr. Arun Kumar Nanda
Chairman
Mr. Arun Kumar Nanda is the Non-Executive Chairman of our Board. He holds a degree in law from the University of Calcutta and is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA) and a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS). He has also participated in a Senior Executive Programme at the London Business School. Mr. Nanda also serves as Chairman of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, Mahindra Consulting Engineers and Mahindra World City Developers, and Director of Mahindra Water Utilities, Mahindra World City (Jaipur) and Mumbai Mantra Media.
Mr. Nanda is the Chairman Emeritus of the Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Governing Board of the Council of EU Chambers of Commerce in India. He was also on the Board of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, promoters of our company, from August 1992 till August 2014.
His achievements have been recognized with various awards, including, the Chevalier de la Legion d'Honneur from the French Government, Real Estate Person of the Year award from GEREM Leadership Awards (Triple Tree) in India, Business Achiever Award Corporate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2009 and the 2010 Golden Star Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to the hospitality industry and service sector.
Mr. Rohit Khattar
Independent Director
Mr. Rohit Khattar is Founder Chairman of Old World Hospitality Private Limited (O.W.H.), which is India's largest live entertainment organiser and operates India's most comprehensive performing arts and convention centre, Habitat World, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. In addition, Old World Hospitality operates 2 hotels and over 35 restaurants, including the iconic 'Chor Bizarre' restaurant that he created 25 years ago as well as his latest restaurant 'Indian Accent', both of which have won numerous awards.
Rohit Khattar is Chairman of Cinestaan Entertainment, which creates content for Cinema and the Internet through Cinestaan Film Company and Cinestaan Digital Private Limited. He is also Chairman of Mumbai Mantra Media Limited, the entertainment vertical of the $16.9 Billion Mahindra Group.
Mr. Sridar Iyengar

Mr. Sridar A Iyengar is a Non-Executive and Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Honours) from the University of Calcutta and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is associated with Bessemer Venture Partners and a board member of Dr.Reddy’s, Rediff.com, ICICI Venture Funds, Cleartrip Private Limited and on the Board of other companies.
Previously, Mr. Iyengar was the Partner in charge of KPMG's Emerging Business Practice. He has held a number of leadership roles within KPMG's global organisation particularly in setting up and growing new practices. He has the distinction of having worked as a partner in all three of KPMG's regions Europe, America and Asia Pacific as well as KPMG's disciplines assurance, tax consulting and financial advisory services.
Mr. Iyengar served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of KPMG's operations in India between 1997 and 2000 and during that period was a member of the Executive Board of KPMG's Asia Pacific practice. Prior to that, he headed the International Services practice in the West Coast. On his return from India in 2000, he was asked to lead KPMG's effort on delivering audit and advisory services to early stage companies. He served as a member of the Audit Strategy group of KPMG LLP. He was with KPMG from 1968 until his retirement in March 2002.
Mr. Sanjeev Aga

Mr. Sanjeev Aga is an Honours graduate in Physics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi (1971) and a post graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata (1973). A Business leader, organization builder, adviser and mentor, Sanjeev Aga's career has traversed 40 years, and sectors from consumer and services, entertainment and light engineering to telecommunications.
In a business career commencing 1973, Mr. Aga held senior positions in Asian Paints, Chellarams (Nigeria), and Jenson & Nicholson. In 1987, he joined Blow Plast to head the Furniture business, was made Chief Executive of Mattel Toys in 1990, and in January 1993 was appointed Managing Director of Blow Plast with multi-business responsibility including the flagship VIP Luggage business.
In November 1998, he was appointed CEO of the telecom JV, Birla AT&T. He led the company through expansions, mergers and acquisitions to be CEO of Birla Tata AT&T, which was renamed Idea Cellular. In July 2002, Mr. Aga left Idea to be with the Aditya Birla Group, where from May 2005 until October 2006, he was Managing Director of Aditya Birla Nuvo, a conglomerate with interests spanning diverse group businesses.
With Ideas shareholding changing to become an Aditya Birla group entity, November 2006 saw Sanjeev Aga back as Managing Director. The next four years were a period of rapid progress for Idea. The company improved its national market position from No.6 to No.3, joined the ranks of the 10 biggest global telcos, and importantly, became a highly regarded profitable company in a hyper-competitive sector. Sanjeev Aga stepped down as Managing Director of Idea Cellular in March 2011.
In 2012, Mr. Aga was awarded Telecom Person of the Year by V&D. For 2009, Idea Cellular was named the ET Emerging Company of the Year, and for 2010, Forbes India magazine shortlisted him as a Perso of the Year. He is now engages in advisory roles for corporates and not-for-profit organizations. He reads widely, speaks and occasionally writes.
Mr. Kavinder Singh
Managing Director & CEO
Mr. Kavinder Singh brings 28 years of experience in FMCG sector and has worked in Asian Paints, ITC Ltd & Pidilite Industries Limited. In his 17 years of career at ITC Limited, he spent last 8 years in starting up and building the 'Sunfeast' biscuits business of ITC Limited and was heading Biscuits and Confectionery businesses prior to joining Pidilite Industries Limited. Mr. Kavinder started the 'Strategic Initiatives Group' and led transformational Corporate Strategic Initiatives at Pidilite Industries Limited. After a successful stint as Chief Strategy officer, Mr. Singh became the first CEO of Pidilite's 'Consumer Products (Maint)' business.
Mr. Singh is a graduate in Mechanical engineering from NIT Warangal and has gone through General Management Program at Wharton School besides other programs by Harvard Business School (Advanced Manufacturing Strategy) and Wharton School (Advanced Marketing Management).
Mr. V S Parthasarathy
Non-Executive Director
Mr. V S Parthasarathy is a man with multiple thinking hats and a global leader. In his role as CFO, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (M&M) & Group CIO, he facilitates Mahindra Group in accomplishing its vision of 'being amongst the Top 50 most admired brands in the world. He is a member of the think-tank of Mahindra Group's supervisory board called "Group Executive Board". He is on board of 13 group companies, and is also a member of the Global IT Customer Advisory Board of CISCO & APJ Customer Advisory Board of HP.
Mr. Parthasarathy started his career with Modi Xerox as a Management Trainee and before he joined Mahindra & Mahindra in 2000, he was the Associate Director at Xerox. At M&M, he spearheaded functions like Finance, HR, M&A, IT and International Operations before he was appointed CFO – M&M.

Ms. Sangeeta Talwar

Sangeeta Talwar is a seasoned Independent Director with 30+ years of corporate experience & over 15 years of Board experience. She has been associated with the diverse range of Industries like Consumer products, Hotels, Fashion, Energy (Thermal & Alternative), Education, Financial services, Social sector.
She is an MBA from IIM Kolkata, India, Economics Graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, India and has completed the Executive Leadership Program from Wharton School of Business, USA and Advanced Digital Marketing-online course by Manipal & Google.
She is a natural leader - held CEO & Managing Director positions with prior multifunctional exposure as Functional Head across the disciplines of Marketing, Sales and Human Resources. In a corporate career spanning over 30 years, worked across European, American and Indian multinationals and large companies, including a stint with Nestle in Switzerland. Spearheaded the implementation of a national level social sector project funded by World Bank.
She was one of the first women in the Consumer Products industry in India, credited with the launch of one of the country’s most iconic packaged food brands (Maggi). She held the position of Regional Sales Head responsible for a quarter of India’s sales & distribution for Nestle. As Vice President HR for Nestle, was responsible for corporate, factories, regional sales offices and all aspects of HR. Led a very successful 360 degree leadership initiative across the company. Went on to head marketing as Director Marketing for Nestle India responsible for the entire business including P&L accountability. This was followed by a 3 years posting to HQ in Switzerland as Strategic Advisor.
Innovation has been a hallmark - during the early years with Nestle India, helped craft, create, launch and establish what became a marketing legend in its time, Maggi 2-Minute Noodles. Also launched the first social marketing campaign in India, entitled “Jaago Re”, which won international acclaim. Was instrumental in catapulting Tata Tea into becoming the largest Tea brand in India. In her stint with National Dairy Development Board Dairy Services, spearheaded the design and establishment of an innovative business model for creating sustainable livelihood for dairy farmers in rural India.

Dr. Anish Shah
Non-Executive Director
Dr. Anish Shah is currently the Deputy Managing Director and Group CFO for the Mahindra Group, with responsibility for the Group Corporate Office and full oversight of all businesses other than the Auto and Farm sectors. The Board has appointed him as the Managing Director and CEO designate for the Mahindra Group, effective April 2, 2021. His prior role was Group President (Strategy), where he led strategy development; built capabilities such as digitization and data sciences; enabled synergies across Group companies and managed the Risk and performance review organisations.
Dr. Anish Shah holds a Ph.D from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business where his doctoral thesis was in the field of Corporate Governance. He also received a Masters degree from Carnegie Mellon and has a post-graduate diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has received various scholarships, including the William Latimer Mellon Scholarship, Industry Scholarship at IIMA, National Talent Search and Sir Dorabji Tata Trust.
Dr. Anish Shah was the President and CEO of GE Capital India from 2009-14, where he led the transformation of the business, including a turnaround of its SBI Card joint venture. His career at GE spanned 14 years, during which he held several leadership positions at GE Capital’s US and global units. As Director, Global Mortgage, he worked across 33 countries to drive growth and manage risk. As Senior Vice President (Marketing and Product Development) at GE Mortgage Insurance, he led various growth initiatives and played a key role in preparing the business for an IPO, as a spinoff from GE. In his initial years with GE, Dr. Anish Shah also led Strategy, eCommerce and Sales Force Effectiveness and had the unique experience of running a dot-com business within GE. Dr. Anish Shah also received GE’s prestigious Lewis Latimer Award for outstanding utilisation of Six Sigma in developing a “Digital Cockpit.”
He also has diverse experience with global businesses beyond GE. He led Bank of America's US Debit Products business, where he launched an innovative rewards program, led numerous initiatives in payment technology and worked closely with various teams across the Bank to enhance value for the customer.
As a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in Boston, he worked across multiple industries, including banking, oil rigs, paper, paint, steam boilers and medical equipment. His first role was with Citibank in Mumbai, where he issued bank guarantees and letters of credit as Assistant Manager, Trade Services.
