My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staffs were so courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast spread was filled with varieties of wonderful food. Excellent services. Wonderful staffs!

Stayed at Olive Downtown just for one night before our trip to Alleppey. Great stay, good food and excellent hospitality. The rooms were neat and clean. Being a city hotel, the view was not a concern, but awaiting us was a panoramic view of Cochin city. Believe me you would be fall in love with this place when you see the view from the poolside at night. It wouldn't be justice on my part of i don't mention about the food i had here. The breakfast at Olivia is a treat. We had gone out for Lunch and in the evening tried their coffee shop on the ground level. Special mention for the staff too. Will be back definitely.

I had stayed in this hotel for 2 days with my family and I am really happy by the service.i wish the hotel gets the bar licence as soon as possible.Good breakfast and excellent staff. It was a good variety of pastry in there coffee shop.They have a very nice masala tea.

It was the first time at Cochin and was not a prepared visit. We travelled with an extra person too yet the hotel accommodated without any fuss. We had a guest manager who took care of the site seeing. Understanding our time constraints, Mr. Jenny made last minute arrangements for a local sightseeing, Alleppey trip the next day and helped us with a late checkout time. He constantly kept checking about our stay and comfort. He planned it very economical too. He had arranged for very good drivers who knew our language. He kept a watch on our train timings and helped us to board it on time easily. We were happy the way we were treated. Thank you.

It's located in Ernakulam district 20 mins drive to Marine Drive and 30 mins drive to Fort Kochi. Hotel rooms are very modern and good. Food and restaurants are nice. Swimming pool and gym are on the top floor, small but clean. Had a good experience staying at the hotel.
