Hotel Staff is very cooperative... FOM Mr Santan Mukhrjee he him self look after everything to give us better service. I could see his dedication to his job !! Overall very good experience we had

AmazingRamada adds beauty to Kerala & backwater beauty. love our stay we were in a suite room view, staff, food each n everything is fabulous.... Cannot think of a stay somewhere else or of ma anniversary celebration without Ramada. Thanks a lot team Ramada. 2day m staying in the house boat n will be returning to Ramada 2mro..

"We stayed here for 4 days and were 7 of us. We booked this through Club Mahindra. Definitely a smaller property compared to other properties. but the hospitality still remains the same. Excellent service. Buffet was good but slightly expensive. Ala carte worked cheaper as we were a bigger crowd. Overall, was a great experience"
